This body of work emerges from a deeply personal exploration of living with anxiety. Through the images, I seek to visualise the intangible—those moments when anxiety manifests as an overwhelming sense of emptiness, isolation, and internal disquiet. The photographs oscillate between two worlds: the inner landscapes shaped by fear and uncertainty, and the external spaces I return to for solace. These chosen places, imbued with personal meaning, act as quiet sanctuaries—offering moments of grounding, reflection, and reprieve. Together, the series becomes both a candid self-portrait of emotional experience and a meditation on the fragile balance between vulnerability and resilience.
